Took this 1992 Giant Track frame and gave it a full refresh. Every bearing checked, new cables, cassette, chain, front chainring and crank. Smooth as it gets.
Swapped the drivetrain to a simple 1x7 Shimano setup. Clean easy and nothing to overthink. Then built out the cockpit with a fresh BMX stem and wide bars with custom glitter paint for a little attitude. Added new grips to finish it off.
Rolling on Specialized Ground Control tires, it’s got that old-school MTB stance but tuned for city life. A relaxed ride, upright position and built for cruising with a wink to the BMX scene.
Perfect for city streets or hitting your local pumptrack for fun laps. Just a solid fun machine to ride every day.
